Pain is inevitable for transformation- NO, it is NOT

The notion of No Pain, No Gain is  taught to all of us in school. This makes us to believe that to gain something big in life, we must suffer, must inflict pain and agony. In a way, it says that pain is essential for big gains and we unconsciously expect and attract pain and suffering. If you dream big, then get ready for pain.

The question here is does life want us to suffer ? If yes, then is life fair to us ? If not, then is it possible to transform without pain.

What I can say with certainty that it is not life                  ( consciousness of love and goodness ) but our mind, which makes us to suffer. The human mind, dominated by ego and it's trick, first creates problems and then challenges us to solve them. The purpose of this game is to prove our superiority over others and to create a superior identity. Guided by our social and rearing patterns, this game of mind goes unnoticed. At the end of the day, only ego wins and we are told to be happy with pain as it may lead to transformation

But this is a foolish approach to live. Life is to live and grow with comfort and ease. We all are born with the seed of divine within us. All we need to do is to nourish this seed with thoughts and feelings of  love, gratitude and acceptance. Once we understand this principle, we allow the life to attract only that we are worthy of, which is love, happiness and joy in each moment of life.

Purpose of our life is to experience happiness and joy even when there is Chaos outside. In the larger scheme of things, everything is temporary and everyone gets a second chance to do better in life. There is nothing to fear or repent. Everyone is blessed with will and resources to be joyous, healthy and successful in life. With the right energy alignment in our thoughts, beliefs and actions we can achieve all that we want with ease and comfort. The design of life wants us to move forward on the path of fulfillment

But our Mind makes us to follow an approach which is egocentric. To fall and to rise again is egocentric approach to life. It massages our ego and make us feel better than other. In reality, we all are one and we move forward when others around us move forward. The subtle truth of life is that we cannot hurt others without hurting ourselves.

Competition is like hitting others for your benefits. This is a win loose approach. Happiness lies in following win win approach, we we all grow together. Once we understand this subtle truth of life, we stop participating in the game of ego. Once ego come to know that you are not listening, it stop playing such games. The bottom line here is to forgive ego also, as it is doing what it is  trained to do. When
we exercise this free will to choose life of moving forward with ease and comfort and with taking others along with us, we realize the true human potential of the divine seed growing into tree of life. Then we become the the vehicle of spreading the unconditional love, the cosmic force of creation.

I hope, that this piece of writing will help all of us  to look inside, for this win win life  approach and we all transform with love, comfort and ease. May love, the cosmic force of creation, win in all of us.

Think Good, Feel Good and Live Well.

The Multiverse, Human Purpose, and a Balanced Way of Life

Humans by virtue of their communication skills, intelligence and technological advancements, consider themselves to be at the top of the food chain, claiming the first right over nature’s resources. The privileged humans are consuming the natural resources of Earth at an unprecedented rate. Humanity is also ready with its scientific toys to go beyond Earth to maximise its consumption pleasure. To quench this thirst of pleasure, privilege and comforts, humans have little concern for other ecosystems like flora and fauna. The idea of a multiverse, an infinite array of parallel universes, each with its own distinct laws, realities, and possibilities, is a big threat to the ambitions and actions of the human race. This evolving framework of humans not at the centre of things but impacting the whole in unimaginable ways,  invites profound questions about humanity's role, the multiplicity of pathways available to individuals, and the sense of purpose that drives action. When viewed throu...

Living in Paradox

Life is essentially a paradox as it happen in possibilities. Change, instability and uncertainty are its essential features. Anyone looking for stability and certainty is living in fool’s paradise  Modern physics in general and quantum physics in particular has increasingly validated this finding of ancient Eastern Yogis. Now there is sufficient scientific evidence to prove that the systematic and mechanical view of world as given by Newtonian Physics is grossly limited at both sub atomic and cosmic levels.  This change in understanding is essential to re calibrate our knowledge about how ecosystems works and they organize themselves. It calls for a sea change in our conceptual understanding that integrates three dimensions of life - biological, cognitive and social  Life is aliveness. Most of the things that we encounter in our environment are alive. Everything vibrates. The only difference lies in the rate of vibration. Life is essentially a network of i...
