Align Your Frequency with Earth’s Accelerating Vibration

Life is a journey to bring transformation in ourselves. It is a journey from being Pashu to Pashupati and from being Nar to Narayan – Avdhoot Sivananda

There’s a positively charged electrical field surrounding the Earth. The Earth itself carries a negative charge. Past scientists such as Nikola Tesla studied the frequency of the Earth. In the 1950s, the German physicist W.O. Schumann and his students carried out experiments with electromagnetic waves in the atmosphere and the ionosphere. Schumann discovered a natural pulse resonating around the Earth at a frequency of 7.83 Hz, widely known as the Schumann resonance.

The Schumann Resonance has been steady at 7.83Hz until three years ago when it began to accelerate to somewhere in the 15 to 25Hz levels. Recently, the Schumann Resonance had reached frequencies of 36+ for the first time in recorded history. This is a big deal. Our Earth is rapidly shifting her vibration.

These waves have also been studied for their impact on humans. A 2006 study found that the frequencies may be related to different kinds of brain waves. The researchers described “real time coherence between variations in the Schumann and brain activity spectra within the 6–16 Hz band.” Authors of a 2106 paper from the Behavioural Neuroscience Laboratory of Canada’s Laurentian University discovered that 238 measurements from 184 individuals over a 3.5 year period “demonstrated unexpected similarities in the spectral patterns and strengths of electromagnetic fields generated by the human brain and the earth-ionospheric cavity. Connecting with the Earth’s resonance is essential. Not doing so can lead to lowered levels of melatonin, a cancer suppressant and cell-rejuvenating hormone produced in the brain. Electromagnetic pollution can even inhibit our ability to connect with the Earth’s natural pulse in a physical sense.

The Earth is a living being. It’s starting to vibrate at a frequency we haven’t witnessed before. The frequency of the planet has been increasing very fast. The planet’s energy is expanding. The Earth is basically taking to us through her vibration.

The real question is, how are we tuning in to these new frequencies? If we don’t tune in, pain is generated, and it hurts a lot. It not only hurts your body, but your emotions end up all over the place and your mind becomes a wreck. It matters because it’s like putting a lightbulb into a circuit that carries more electricity than the lightbulb can handle. If we don’t adjust our nervous systems and our energetic bodies, the Earth’s energy will become just too much for us to take. It’s necessary for us to align our bodies with the Earth, allowing us to move more comfortably through this physical world as its energy becomes stronger every day.

Dr David R Hawkins has studied the human behaviors and the resultant frequencies it generates. Emotions of hatred, depression, rage, competition are associated with low frequencies. Emotions of love, inspiration, purpose, wholeness are associated with high frequencies. To move upward with the higher frequencies of the earth our emotional field, both individually and collectively has to aligned with our environment. We have to stop living uninspired and purposeless living. We need to realign our emotional frequencies with the truth of Earth’s awakening that brings kindness rather than separation

The Earth is inviting our tribe to a high frequency landscape. If we do no take this call, we will be left behind, as there is no waiting. We’re being called to be our authentic selves. To take this call of Mother Earth, we must guide ourselves and our loved on the path of realigning our frequencies. This calls for a change in day to day lifestyle with clear goals.

A.   Embodiment and grounding

Many philosophies and traditions, including Toltec, Mayan and Tantric agree that our internal shift has to start with our bodies. Our bodies are the place where we start to enjoy being alive.

If you are not enjoying being the in body, it is a sign that there’s plenty of beautiful yet demanding inner work for you to do in order to uncover what makes you happy and joyful.

Grounding, or connecting to the Earth, is one of the most powerful practices we can use to remain centered in life. Connecting to the Earth corresponds to connecting to who we really are. This protects us from emotional rollercoasters and reckless thinking.

When we’re grounded within our bodies, it becomes so much easier to receive the imperfect parts of ourselves with kindness rather than panic or resentment.

To start, Simply go outside barefoot. Surround yourself with rich flora. Play in Mud. Enjoy the Rain. Fill your lungs with fresh air as many times as possible in a day. Care for animals. Care for the Weak. Lie down on grass and feel the energy of Earth. Feel the wind on your face.

B.   Harnessing the power of sound

According to Vedic cosmology, the entire cosmos has been created out of sound. Among the Panch Mahabhutas, sound it is very subtle and travel very fast. Different frequencies of sound creates and destroy matter. Experiments by Masaru Emoto, a Japanese scientist has proved that sound affects our cellular structure also.

This is one of the reasons why sound healing is so powerful. Sound gets to our core without any trouble, and reaches not only the body, but also the energetic body. With the vibration of the sound we’re exposed to, our bodies are able to effectively go back to their natural state of peace, harmony, clarity, intuition and joy.

When practicing sound healing, observe how you breathe. Close your eyes and return to that place in which you can see yourself as the unique and special being that you are. That’s your natural state.

To start with, Listen songs that upscale your mood. Listen to classical music. Immerse in Sankirtan. Sing and Dance when feeling low. Do Mantra Sadhana.

C.    Practice  Yoga

Yoga is a holistic program to explore and experience the unity of life and to give up the mirage of separateness. Sage Patanjali has given eight branches of Yoga. These eight branches focuses on inner discipline and purity, societal discipline, control over body, control our thoughts, extreme focus, all leading to Samadhi, the state of Unity with the Cosmos.

Yoga is all about aligning the frequency of our mind and body with the frequency of the environment. When mind and body are ready, we see with closed eyes. We gain access to non local intelligence of the cosmos. It elevates our mind to the next level and helps us to gain higher perspective to see the things around us. When you are doing Yoga in true sense, you will be free from the vagaries of overthinking, negative thinking, worries, anxiety and fear.

To start with, Do Pranayama. Do five Asanas on daily basis. Cultivate inner hygiene and discipline. Focus on being kind and wholeheartedness rather than on being right and superior. Meditate Daily. Develop excellence in work thorough focus and determination.

D.   Develop the intent of Being the Instrument of the Divine

The modern society is based on the ideas of competition to win, collect and consume more and being different. On the top, these ideas are thought of in terms of  materialistic goals of money, power and wine. Maximising pleasure and minimising pain is the final benchmark of a good life.

According to Bruce Lipton, the renowned biologist, the life is designed on the principle of creative cooperation. The human body is a colony of trillions of cells all working in perfect harmony and support for each other.

There is a gross mismatch of how the nature want us to live and how we are actually living. Engrossed in the desire for  winning at all costs and to get more, we, as a society are exploiting  on unprecedented  scale, our fellow human being, other forms of life and the nature. To survive in the higher energy ecosystem, the human race must reset its intent, both individually and collectively. For human race to survive, we need a critical mass of people always emitting higher frequencies and at the same time counteracting the negative frequencies of others.

We all must develop an intent to be an instrument of the divine to use our thoughts emotions and actions to spread peace, joy and wellbeing on this planet. We must develop the dominant emotional loops of forgiveness, gratitude and kindness to be the instrument

To start with, Practise gratitude. Learn to enjoy the challenges and chaos. Help others as your duty of being human. Accept others as they are. Free yourself from complaining, criticism and competition. Protect your Aura.

To conclude, moving of earth to higher vibrational frequency is both a challenge and opportunity for the human race. With the current lifestyle of excessive consumerism, competition and animosity, we are bound to fail. The goal of life is to transform ourselves from Pashu to Pashupati. Our survival ultimately  depends on our ability to transform ourselves and in our active participation in the Earth’s Healing.

The Multiverse, Human Purpose, and a Balanced Way of Life

Humans by virtue of their communication skills, intelligence and technological advancements, consider themselves to be at the top of the food chain, claiming the first right over nature’s resources. The privileged humans are consuming the natural resources of Earth at an unprecedented rate. Humanity is also ready with its scientific toys to go beyond Earth to maximise its consumption pleasure. To quench this thirst of pleasure, privilege and comforts, humans have little concern for other ecosystems like flora and fauna. The idea of a multiverse, an infinite array of parallel universes, each with its own distinct laws, realities, and possibilities, is a big threat to the ambitions and actions of the human race. This evolving framework of humans not at the centre of things but impacting the whole in unimaginable ways,  invites profound questions about humanity's role, the multiplicity of pathways available to individuals, and the sense of purpose that drives action. When viewed throu...

Living in Paradox

Life is essentially a paradox as it happen in possibilities. Change, instability and uncertainty are its essential features. Anyone looking for stability and certainty is living in fool’s paradise  Modern physics in general and quantum physics in particular has increasingly validated this finding of ancient Eastern Yogis. Now there is sufficient scientific evidence to prove that the systematic and mechanical view of world as given by Newtonian Physics is grossly limited at both sub atomic and cosmic levels.  This change in understanding is essential to re calibrate our knowledge about how ecosystems works and they organize themselves. It calls for a sea change in our conceptual understanding that integrates three dimensions of life - biological, cognitive and social  Life is aliveness. Most of the things that we encounter in our environment are alive. Everything vibrates. The only difference lies in the rate of vibration. Life is essentially a network of i...
