Building Fulfilling Relationships - The Vedic Way of Living

The Vedic wisdom sees human as a set of relationships with his/her inner and outer world. From micro to macro levels, human life is all about understanding the other's perspective, coordinating with others for desired outcome, so as to build relationships based on mutual trust and welfare. The Vedas says that  an individual is connected to the entire cosmos in unimaginable ways and what we do to others, happens to us.

According to the principles of Quantum Science, uncertainty and relationships  are the basis of all life. Life exists because of cooperation and not competition.  Our outlook  towards  others, the nature of our intent and ease with core  principles of life ( uncertainty and cooperation) determines who we are. This is how the observer affects the reality, both individually and collectively.

The life of millennial is full of worrying signals. Depression is increasingly striking the young. Enduring relationships are becoming rare. Stress and anxiety are taking a toll. Everyone wants fun, excitement and good times in his/her life, even at the cost of destroying other's life. For immediate gains and pleasure, everyone is ready to sacrifice the long-term wellness. At the end of day, everyone blames others for their misery. In absence of inward looking and self reflection, sense of responsibility is totally missing.

With this kind of individual and collective consciousness, it is impossible for us to migrate to a new energy regime  to which the earth has already moved. With Earth and its core resources having  moved to a higher frequency, it is an existential threat to all of us. It is an opportunity as well as a challenge for us, to redesign our minds, systems and institutions, in alignment with the higher energy truths of the planet.

All change begin with self. All change begins with a transformative mind. When we change our mind in alignment with frequency of earth, the world around us changes. When the number of such transformative minds reaches a critical mass, global transforms booms. Every gesture of positive thought and action, brings a positive change in overall scheme of things. No one is insignificant in the design of life.

If we endeavor to build positive and empowering relationships in our inside and outside word, we serve our purpose of being here. The Vedic literature has simple prescription for this transformation. Bhagwat Gita is a compendium of this transformative plan. Gita reveals the secret of enjoyment where one can experience  joy without being attached to anything. It is a life manual for living with no limits, no taboos and enjoying everything the world offers, without guilt and fear. The Gita helps  to remove stress, anxiety, worry and trauma and helps us to learn  how to establish friction less contact with the world.

Gita  says that  our  only duty is to be happy, joyous and enthusiastic,  in every moment of our life. This  formula for happiness enables us to be happy as we are, where we are, without having to change anything around us.  All that is required, is a change in understanding and attitude. More holistic, more integrated, more flexible mind and lifestyle, based on universal laws of life.

The three core pillars for  transforming our lives based on the life manual of Bhagwat Gita  are explained as under.

  • Choose Well - Human being, as a species is blessed with the power of choice. By virtue of our conscious mind, we can choose and find pleasure in pain, love in agony. We have an inbuilt mechanism to make such powerful choices. All we need is the understanding of our true self and right intent.

Making choices, is all about having a better understanding and outlook and adopting the one which is good for all. A slight shift in outlook is all it takes to gain success, happiness and growth in life

Do you feel deprived or blessed? Are you driven by deficiency motivation? Or are you deeply aware of the abundance that has been gifted to you? When the attitude shifts from grabbing to giving, from taking to contributing, you become creative, motivated and successful. Abundance is a state of mind, unconnected with material assets.

When we Identify our passion, talent, and gift even if it is inconvenient or difficult and fix a higher goal, we make right choice. When we work in a spirit of service and sacrifice for the ideal, we make the right choice. When we build our inner reserves that  stand by us  during calamities and disasters, we make right choice.

  • Train your Intellect  - Choice-making is not as easy as it looks. What is pleasing in the beginning may give grief in the end and that which gives pain at the start may yield everlasting happiness. Only the intellect can figure out what is in our best interests.

Intellect must be trained. We must develop self control mechanisms so as  to control the demands of the senses and the whims and fancies of the mind.  Mind must not be treated as a garbage box where everything is stored. It should be continuously exposed to the higher principles of life through reading, meditation and other spiritual practices. It must be trained to not to decide in haste and without understanding the events and people in whole. The gap must be known to mind between action and reaction.

Isolating  the self from mind is the essential component of training the mind. We must know with certainty that we are not mind. Mind is  just a complex mechanism, given to us to experience life in totality. We must know that that the mind has no limit. Mind must know, who is the boss.

  • Enjoy without attachment - The next logical step to living with perpetual joy is to understand, everything that has a beginning, has an end. We must learn to enjoy with a sense of detachment.

We experience misery and sorrow once the pleasure is gone. Our untrained mind wants,    every good thing to stay permanently. That is why the mind is afraid of future because there is uncertainty. We live our entire life with the negation of the truth that everything has an expiry date.

Detachment is not about giving up the pleasures and happiness in life. This false connotation of detachment are wrong teachings of mis-guided religious beliefs. Detachment is all about to enjoy what is available, without being attached to it. It is about not to dip in sorrow and despair once good times and people are gone. Life is a cycle, where, what has come to you, will go back to the source. People, name, fame, wealth, title, position, all is temporary. All good things and people are offered to have a better experience of life. Once that experience is taken, they will go back to the source for someone else's gain. This is how the broader design of life is made.

Building empowering relationships is the key because we all are part of the whole and not the whole. Bhagwat Gita is a treasure to understand this truth and it comes with a manual. What has been shared above, is just a glimpse. Treasure box is still to be opened. If, in this chaotic and depressed world, we want to live joyfully,  it is the time to open this treasure. It is our right as well as our duty.

Some wise man said long back, Change begins at home. Now is the time to stop complaining and bring home this amazing change in our life and in our world.

Think Good, Feel Good, Live Well.

Reimagining the ideas of Freedom and Faith : New Realities for Post COVID Landscape

The current global COVID pandemic is the crisis of consciousness. For those who think this statement as un-scientific   are the new breed of uneducated people in the 21 st century. Quantum Mechanics has ample evidence to prove that consciousness, both individual and collective creates our reality.   A global health crisis is the result of collective consciousness of humans   struggling to match its frequency with rising frequency of earth.   It is the time to get out the old understanding of Newtonian Science of 17 th Century and redesign our life with the Science of 21 st Century. A few of us know that Quantum Science is almost 200 years old. During this period, it has explored new understanding of mind, matter and ultimately the nature of life. The biggest discovery of this new age science is that All is Energy and Energy Creates Matter. In the new science if life, energy is the cause and matter ( body) is the effect. Quantum science h...

Upgrade Your Software : Align your Vibrations and Resonate with Earth - Part B

"Creating a Spiritual Bubble"   As measured through Schumann resonance, the vibrational frequency of Earth in recent times has jumped from 7.8 Hertz to 36 Hertz. Some evidence suggests that it is not the earth alone that has jumped to higher frequency. The entire solar system is moving on to higher vibrational spectrum, as the   universe as a whole is expanding.   The real question   before us is, how are we tuning in to these new higher   frequencies? If we don’t tune in, pain is generated due to misalignment between individual frequency and collective frequency of nature. If a critical mass of   humanity   don't tune in, the ba...
