Movies are a great source of inspiration and learning.
Meaningful movies like Peaceful Warrior, Matrix, Pursuit of Happiness,
Bruce Almighty, The Family Man, Click, Butterfly Effect and others, offers us
life lessons with humor and excitement. Such meaningful movies contain the
extracts of wisdom of many, across time, space and culture. They ensure
that we don't get hurt in learning realities of life.
Down below are some lessons, I have learned from movies.
- There is never nothing going on. There are no ordinary moments.
- The ones who are hardest to love are usually the ones who need it the most.
- Death isn’t sad. The sad thing is: most people don’t live at all.
- A warrior is not about perfection or victory or invulnerability. He’s about absolute vulnerability. That is the only true courage.
- Our choices in life makes us who we are and there is always a choice before us.
- If we have dreams, we also should have the courage to pursue and protect those dreams.
- If you want to change the experience/outcome, change how you are doing things.
- If you want to live in peace, let go off the past.
- Real strength is not in how hard can we hit. Real strength is how fast we get up, when are hit hard.
- Chance always favors the prepared Mind.
- To make your dreams come true, you’ve got to leave your tower
- Don’t let the mediocre silence your awesomeness
- Nothing can stop you from finding what is most precious to you
- The strong are morally responsible for the weak
- Being true to yourself is the greatest gift you can give to others
- Being a hero isn’t about celebrity; it’s about sacrifice
- It’s your kingdom; if you don’t fight for it, who will?
- True love cannot be forced, it has to be earned.
