*सुकून* *मेरा सुकून मेरे हाँथों में... छोटी छोटी नन्ही बातों में...* *सुकून मेरा नहीं मोहताज बड़ी बड़ी बातों का* *मिला सुबह सँवरे साथियाँ के ख़ुशनुमा चेहरे में..* *बच्चों के सुकून भरी नींदो में..* *उनकी जिद्दो में.. खिल खिलाने में* *मेरे बगिया के सुंदर खिले फूलों में..* *रिमझिम बरसती भिगोती बूँदो में..* *मिला सुकून उन लम्हों में ..* *जब जब लोग मिलते हैं ..* *कुछ हक़ से अपनेपन से..कुछ अंजाने में* *हँसते खिलखिलाते मोहल्ले के बच्चों में...* *कानो में गूँजतै और गुनगुनाते गानो में...* *रात के सन्नाटे में.. अचानक तेज़ हवा के झोंकों में..* *सुंदर चंदा की लालिमा में..* *श्रद्धा से झुकें उन लम्हों में ..* *मेरी माँ की प्यारी प्यारी यादों में...* *दोस्तों के याद में उनके प्यार में* *कुछ छोटी बातों में किसी की आवाज़ों में* *कुछ खट्टे कुछ मीठे तकरार में..* *कभी मंदिर की प्रार्थनाओ में..* *कभी सिर्फ़ चुप चाप बैठें ख़ामोशियों में..* *सुकून मधोश हो ढूँढ लेता मुझे मुझ में..* *मेरे दीवाना हो मेरे दीवाने पनमे..* *नन्ही नन्ही सी ही सही..मासूम सी बातों में...* *नहीं मोहताज बड़ीं बड़ीं बातों का..सुकून मेरा...

 The goal is to be aware of the purpose of life.  The goal is to strengthen the connection with the Divine.  The goal is always to be aware of the vibrations of the mind and to make conscious efforts to increase the vibration.  The goal is always to allow the energy to move upwards towards the centre of the heart and further towards the crown chakra. The goal is always to act as an instrument of divine and to spread peace happiness well-being and love in everyone’s life. The goal is to know this reality and to leave it peace calmness enjoy. The goal is to live with peace within chaos. the goal is To live love in every breath.  The goal is to be aware of the goal.  Dream Big, Act Strong and Have Faith 

After attaining the state of unconditional love, one of the greatest virtues of life is to live in the present. Present Moment Consciousness (PMC) frees us from the burden of the past and from the fear of the future. When we live in the present,  we become more productive and effective in every sphere in life. Present Moment  Consciousness allows us to see things as they are and not as we see them through the filters of past or future. In the game of life, everything we encounter, comes in our way to make us better and to take us one step closer towards our ultimate purpose. Every soul, which has taken a human form, has done so to achieve some goal.  The journey of life is to find that goal and to fulfil it with love, joy and a sense of  gratitude.  We all are created  in the image of the creator and like every seed, we have the potential to become a full fledged, fruit laden tree. In the Universe, nothing happens at random. There is a hidden and all powerful intelligence and design behind everything. The nature and work of this intelligence is not available to our physical senses. At the most, they are accessible to us in form of patterns. Ratios in numbers, shapes and forms. To find this intelligence, we need to calm our senses and need to know where to look.  From subatomic particles to galaxies, there is a pattern in evolution. Many a things, which appears to chaos  to normal human mind, is a part of bigger plan, happening for a reason. Through this non local intelligence, we all are connected and participate in this great act of cosmic intelligence.  This invisible world is governed by a set of laws and principles. A clear understanding of these principles/laws free us from the clutches of physical world and allows us to experience the greater reality of life. The purpose of life is to live and experience every moment with open heart and mind and to be better after every experience.  Those who are living a limited life in the name of religious and social dogmas, are missing the very essence of being here. If any part is missed with a hidden longing in heart or mind, salvation ( going back to the nature) is never possible.  The Vednanta way of life, suggests that we should experience all that life offers to us and enjoy it without attachment.
