*सुकून* *मेरा सुकून मेरे हाँथों में... छोटी छोटी नन्ही बातों में...* *सुकून मेरा नहीं मोहताज बड़ी बड़ी बातों का* *मिला सुबह सँवरे साथियाँ के ख़ुशनुमा चेहरे में..* *बच्चों के सुकून भरी नींदो में..* *उनकी जिद्दो में.. खिल खिलाने में* *मेरे बगिया के सुंदर खिले फूलों में..* *रिमझिम बरसती भिगोती बूँदो में..* *मिला सुकून उन लम्हों में ..* *जब जब लोग मिलते हैं ..* *कुछ हक़ से अपनेपन से..कुछ अंजाने में* *हँसते खिलखिलाते मोहल्ले के बच्चों में...* *कानो में गूँजतै और गुनगुनाते गानो में...* *रात के सन्नाटे में.. अचानक तेज़ हवा के झोंकों में..* *सुंदर चंदा की लालिमा में..* *श्रद्धा से झुकें उन लम्हों में ..* *मेरी माँ की प्यारी प्यारी यादों में...* *दोस्तों के याद में उनके प्यार में* *कुछ छोटी बातों में किसी की आवाज़ों में* *कुछ खट्टे कुछ मीठे तकरार में..* *कभी मंदिर की प्रार्थनाओ में..* *कभी सिर्फ़ चुप चाप बैठें ख़ामोशियों में..* *सुकून मधोश हो ढूँढ लेता मुझे मुझ में..* *मेरे दीवाना हो मेरे दीवाने पनमे..* *नन्ही नन्ही सी ही सही..मासूम सी बातों में...* *नहीं मोहताज बड़ीं बड़ीं बातों का..सुकून मेरा...

 The goal is to be aware of the purpose of life.  The goal is to strengthen the connection with the Divine.  The goal is always to be aware of the vibrations of the mind and to make conscious efforts to increase the vibration.  The goal is always to allow the energy to move upwards towards the centre of the heart and further towards the crown chakra. The goal is always to act as an instrument of divine and to spread peace happiness well-being and love in everyone’s life. The goal is to know this reality and to leave it peace calmness enjoy. The goal is to live with peace within chaos. the goal is To live love in every breath.  The goal is to be aware of the goal.  Dream Big, Act Strong and Have Faith
